ONLINE REGISTRATION

To participate in the Congress it is necessary to register online.
After filling in the online registration form you will be able to select the payment you prefer:
- by credit card
- by bank transfer.

Payment by Credit Card:
Step 1: Fill in the Online Registration Form
Step 2: Select "Pay by Credit Card"
We accept most major credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Our KeyClient secure-server software encrypts all your personal details. This process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
Please note that we can accept non-Italian credit cards and your credit card company will convert your registration fee into your account's currency.


Payment by Bank Transfer:
Step 1: Fill in the Online Registration Form
Step 2: Select "Pay by Bank Transfer".
Step 3: You will receive an email containing the information necessary to proceed with the bank transfer.
Step 4: Send the registration form you will have received by email and a copy of the bank transfer receipt to the Organizing Secretariat: by fax to +39-030-383290 or by email to secretariat@ifhro2010.it. Only when the payment of the fee is received will the registration be confirmed.

ON SITE REGISTRATION

Registration on site is possible during the entire congress within the opening hours of the registration desk.

VAT

VAT is included. For VAT exempt registrations by Italian institutes, please write to secretariat@ifhro2010.it


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will have to be sent in writing by email at secretariat@ifhro2010.it or by fax +39-030-383290.
  • Cancellations received by September 20th, 2010 will entitle to a full refund of the amount paid, on condition that the registered participant was not appointed as presenting author of a poster or oral presentation. If this is the case, having his/her abstract printed in the IFHRO2010 Abstracts Book of the congress, the registration cannot be reimbursed but replacements are generally accepted.
  • Cancellations received after September 21st, 2010 will not be reimbursed.
