Booking Procedure:
- Fill in the Hotel Booking Form.
- Fax it to the congress secretariat +39 030 383290 or email it to secretariat@ifhro2010.it.
- You will soon receive an e-mail containing all the details for the payment by bank trasfer.
- Fax or email the receipt of the bank transfer back to the congress secretariat.
- As soon as the payment is received, you will be sent the hotel voucher accommodation by email.
- Please book early as the earlier you book, the better the chance of you getting the reservation confirmed.
Terms and Conditions for Individual Guests:
- The full amount of the stay is required to get booking confirmation.
- No-show or cancellations made within 7 days to the event for any of the hotels will be subject to a full cancellation charge of the duration of the stay.
- Cancellations received before that will entitle to partial refund.
- All changes and cancellations to the bookings should be made known in writing to secretariat@ifhro2010.it.
