Opening abstract submission: 15th February, 2010

Abstracts are to be submitted using the online abstract form. The online submission process will guide you step by step.


The requested information include:

The presenting author data: first and last name, professional or private address along with contact phone numbers and email address.

Abstract: title, first and last name / affiliations / city and country of all the authors, text of the abstract (maximum 3000 characters spaces included). You can publish up to 3 images in JPEG format, max 2MB each. The images will be published at the bottom of the page (Image Number 1, 2 and 3).


You will have a choice of submitting your abstract for either poster or oral presentation, although the Scientific Committee reserves the right of choice.

The language for the submission of the abstract, posters and oral presentation is Italian for AIDOS and English for all IFHRO works.

The abstracts which will not comply with these terms will not be accepted.

The authors whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation will receive an acceptance email by July 31st, 2010. It will include all necessary information for the presentation.


As for the publication and the presentation of the abstract at the congress, either poster or oral presentation, the registration of the presenting author is required. In order to guarantee the publication in the abstract book, registration deadline is September 15th, 2010.
